This is even more crazy whe you think about when AIDS first hit the scene it was killing nikkas in like a month or two. Factor that in with "patient 0" supposedly contracting the disease long before nikkas even knew what HIV was, it was no way he was getting proper treatment for it so I doubt he lived too long to even spread that shyt forreal forreal.

Look at the transmission rates.

Even if patient 0 was a homo having gay sex(which they say he was) the rate of transmission along with there being absolutely no treatment for HIV bacc then, meaning that damn near everyone who got it probably died withing half a year of contracting the virus. Theres no way that just ONE with HIV was able to spread it to millions upon millions of people.
