At my school(Community College) they be bringing down kids from Alaska and shyt for soccer,and giving them scholarships...find schools that are serious about their basketball program. Email some coaches,start in your state and the next state over.

Nah you can,I know 2 people who sent video's of them working out and playing in rec leagues and getting the school to bring them on a visit and play in person,but you not gonna get a scholly off of a rec league highlight tape,but if it's good enough it can give you some opportunities
