DO YOU THINK JAMES HARDEN WILL LEAVE OKC? OR IS HE ACTUALLY WORTH THE MAX CONTRACT?

they won't have money to re-sign him. He wants to come to chicago, a bigger market, best PG in basketball, great coach, solid supporting case.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
He plays a thin position, and somebody out there will offer him max or very close to it because of that. It could be a Joe Johnson situation all over again, except unlike the Suns the Thunder know just how good Harden is and want to keep him but might not be able to afford it.

yeah I heard OKC doesn't have enough money to sign him for the same amount before. This dude is my favourite player in the league right now. Great rookie.

TYRONE GA!
Can't they keep him under Bird rights? They'll just have a core of KD, Russy, Beard, and minimum contracts. I'd keep Ibaka too.

Those 4 and trash/rookies/vets looking for rings should be good enough right? :youngsabo:

dude is a faster version of Ginnobili, if they have to trade westbrook for rondo to be able to pay him and keep him i suggest they make that trade. i don't think they'll let him go

They can keep him, but they'll have around $63 million between 4 players if he and Ibaka get 4 year $60 million offers from other teams. And lets be real, a few teams out there will make the offer regardless to hurt the Thunder, whether it's to get them to match and put them in the luxury or to actually sign those players.

It's a tough situation to be in, they have 4 guys that legitimately command "max" money on the open market. That new CBA is going to hurt them more than likely and could split up a core that has multiple championship / dynasty run written all over them.

Some of these dudes want the squad to get broken up so bad its laughable :dead:

shyt's comedy, dudes dont know nothing about basketball contracts; talking figures that dont even make financial sense coming off of a rookie contract. besides that i doubt he even gets anywhere near 4 years 60 more like 4 years 50 presti about to lock him up at the end of the season anyway. Ibaka can get traded all i care, his worth is overrated anyway i wouldn't be surprised if he himself realizes this and takes a 4 years 40 . Team's nowadays usually dont bid for RFA anymore anyway because gm's have now realized that you are overpaying these players just for bidding rights.
