Do you think posters in the red should have their thread making privileges removed?

It would make the forum worse honestly. Posters in the red update certain places and bump up old threads, so no.

I never understood the point of these "digital e-rep points" to begin with.

Once people point to someone's red/green their whole basis for real life value is null and void

There are some posters in the red that provide decent content but most are deep in the red for a reason
