Yet Trump has given them tariffs less than a month into his tenure. He has also disabled the Chips act by firing most of the people involved in it meaning domestic chip production may be on crutches.

I dont think trump gives a fck about this country technologically.


His approach to governance reminds me less of a bussiness and more like private equity which aims to gut an organization by stopping expansion, leaving a skeleton crew to run it, and extracting all remaining value.

China is scary due to funky tech and a massive army, but they have never fought anybody as a nation..what they employ is a systematic overpowering of your territory as they did Tibet and parts of India.
