But I was listening to Bowie's new album today, and it's one of his most adventurous and experimental albums yet. Which is extraordinary, once you take into account Bowie's contemporaries and the fact that there aren't many 69-70 year olds pushing boundaries like Bowie.
But it got me thinking...do you ever think we'll see a rap artist, not necessarily like Bowie, because it's not same, but one who will stay relevant until they are old?
Or does rap move too quickly? Or will rap as we know it change more and more as music becomes genre less and rappers stray more and more away from traditional rap sounds?
