Before someone mentiom economics, I am starting to feel a lot of these cats killing each other are doing it because that is just the sub culture. Most aren't even getting that much money from selling drugs etc.

Make some sort social media picture kinda like the prop 8 sign or tidal sign and spread it massively amongst black people.

Flyers to be passed around in inner city schools against b.o.b violence and go around the community passing out these flyers and have them committ to have on their doors and sheet.

The bum niccas may just think twice before they run up on some dude to shoot em over b.s..

Or have 5 on 5 all star ball tour in various inner cities.

Start charging parents as well ( IN TERMS OF HEAVY ASS FINES AND POSSIBLE JAIL TIME AFTER A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF CRIME THEY CHILD DOES), I guarantee these lazy ass parents would be in more of these kids lives..

Black on black crime is fueled by poverty and a backwards mindset. Errybody wants to come up, most don't see a path, so they turn to what they know (or what they think they know). They usually don't make it far, end up dead or locked up, their kids grows up poor and without guidance, the cycle continues.

You wanna end black on black crime show the youth another path. Teach them that all that glitters is not gold.
