My parents always talked about them having 6 kids (3 boys 3 girls). Growing up I would be given vivid stories and descriptions of my oldest brother who died as an infant. I remember when I was little, I used to have nightmares and wake up crying for my brother but I never met him since he was born 14 years before me.
What also confuses me is my 2nd oldest brother is the jr. why wasn't the oldest named after my dad?
They haven't mentioned anything about 6 kids since I was in middle school. They have no pictures either but have pictures of my brothers as kids whom were born 1 and 3 years later, respectively.
I'm afraid to ask questions
Also, my ears were pierced when I since I was an infant. I only have one picture of me wearing earrings and I was less than a year old. Growing up, I never wore earrings and wasn't allowed to. Both my younger sisters whom were born in America don't have their ears pierced and weren't allowed. I wonder why
This one intrigues me the most. I met my aunt for the first time when I went to NY for new years. We aren't really close because she's technically not my aunt. She's my mom's half-brother's half-sister so they don't share parents. Thing is, she looks like an older version of my mom. She's 74 never married and no kids. She's 16 years older than my mother and I've never seen pictures of my grandparents. Could she be?
