I go through a manic depressive episode every few weeks and it usually lasts for a week to a month. It started when my sister died when I was 18. My doctor told me that stressfull events probably triggered my manic depression. its the reason why i find it difficult to form relationship with women as there would be times i would lock myself in my room for days. Last time i had a girlfriend, was a few weeks after my diagnosis. It was the first time i went through a fuked up low cycle and I realised i would have to make some important decisions . I told her I was cheatng on her so then she would leave me and let me be, as then, I view my illness with disgust as i had a very narrow view of masculinity and i felt like a bytch at the time. So now Ive resigned myself to being single as I wouldnt want anyone to be burdened, and i know women these days aint loyal. My question is, if you went through my predicament, do you think your SO would ride with you or would she have left?
