It's one thing to have a high body count. Its another thing to start the relationship on a lie in fear of losing the person. Who knows what else you could be hiding.

You're better off just telling her the truth and letting her make the decision to continue the relationship on her choice rather than deceiving her and finding out your real sex history though your other actions/friends/former partners/flings, etc.
