I'm pretty sure the government isn't a human. Your taxes go to a many different sectors, politicians are not only white. Not even in America and even I know this.
True but some of us haven’t paid a legit return in years. Damaged inventory losses on a schedule C looking similar to the new stuff you bought for your crib that year.

What he is saying is that the controlling corporation to which the majority of government and private sectors are headed by, are White males. So basically, to a degree, the majority of people fall under that category.
