Do your talk to your barber when getting a haircut?

My barber been cutting my hair since I was a kid. It’s been almost 15 years now, I damn near should give him a birthday and Christmas gift each year.

We talk about sports politics business Women etc. I’m never in his chair more than 15-20 mins because dude works fast and is precise

Doctor, dentist, barber, I'm not here to chit chat in between movements, I want the professional to be as focused and on point as possible when fixing me up. If they wanna talk to others that's fine but I ain't gonna be the one distracting or causing time to be wasted.

As I get older I get more talkative, I never use to say more than few words outside my circle but now I’m like joking with random people and stuff. My barber is cool, since I’m a history nerd, his always asking me about interesting topics and I enjoy his inputs.

true that, one of my old barbers was living in a spot i was looking at moving in and i ain’t even know it until we chopped it up

turns out the place sucked and he was trying to get out dude helped me dodge a bullet

lately my barber been complaining about his wife & how she wants him to basically spend all his money on different things that she wants lol

before that we used to talk about regular shyt ( sports, music, etc) now i feel like a damn therapist everytime i sit in that chair...he still on point wit the cut tho and thats all i really care about
