One of the most played artists in my rotation. Just doesn’t ever seem to click with everyone else though. Weird part is, if I’m playing it around people, I always get someone ask who is that, so I know it’s sparking their ear in some way. Props on this though, I been out the loop, didn’t even know this was dropping.

Listened to this today and so far it was just alright to me. Ironically the beats didn’t move me really and I know Southside has bangers. Will give it another spin this week but I feel like it won’t rank as high with me as some of his other projects.

What’s funny is Doe Boy has been working with all the now popping producers since 2012 or so but lately it does sound that way. I think his strong suit are the real hard street beats but he seems to be straying away understandably since those records don’t pop off like that.
