No. There are legitimate reasons for a black person to be against a vaccine program. Tuskegee comes to mind.
However, this particular vaccine isnt aimed at black people because asians, whites, latinos etc are all getting it ; hell, some even begging for it. I recall seeing Taiwan trying to bargain their way into the vaccine with microchip bribes.
Alternatively, you have the safety concern which is just ignorance. Ignorance is not unique to any race. The same person telling you the vaccine isn’t safe is the same one who can’t tell you what metrics are used to test vaccine efficacy in the first place, they can’t say exactly what symptoms they are concerned about, can’t name the prevalence of those symptoms among their race or age group, nor can they tell you how long the test period should be or even why that particular number is correct. All they know is that they personally do not know.
