Maybe it's because I grew up in the north watching smash mouth AFC East/NFC East football but I've always held a belief that football should always be played in the elements

I'd rather watch two crappy teams play in unideal conditions than watch two playoff teams play inside :scust:

How do you dudes who root for teams who play in domes do it? :scust:

it depends.

Bad weather, field conditions make it harder for some teams designed attack.

A neutral conditions make it pliable for both teams.

I have more of a problem with outdoor teams switching to this new turf than a domed statium.

If a game is outdoors, by the 4th quarter I wanna see mud/dirt on players that look like they've been in a battle. Not lilly white & clean jerseys.

They have no problem sitting in the stands in Athens on Saturdays in the fall

By they you mean them half drunk rednecks who have never been to college and have nothing better to do in life than root for the Dawgs?

Yeah, that's not the same crowd you gonna get at the dome. And even them slack jawed UGA inbreds complain about noon starts in September. That shyt is not fun!

This. I know a guy who went to the 2007 NFC title game in Green Bay. He hated the experience. Bought a beer in the second quarter and about 3 or 4 minutes later, it was frozen solid and he couldn't drink it. My dad used to have season tickets for the jets. On occasion I would go with him, and by October it isn't all that enjoyable sitting in that for 3 hours. Visually it looks cool, but that shyt ain't better than being indoors. Also means you get to avoid the terrible heat that you experience going to September/October games in Tampa or Miami. I went to Miami in 2013 when the Ravens went and got sun burn in my scalp. Give me an indoor stadium any day.
