What is that market looking like for them as far as jobs? We had some positions at my spot get axed in lieu of everything? They have been dealt a cruel hand. Just curious from others and their perspective.

Don't know any personally, but our college grad program put in a hiring freeze in like mid March. I know my location had some outstanding offers, but I dont know what happened with them. There's about to be heavy cuts in the coming weeks which actually could open the door for more entry level people because our workforce is pretty old, but who knows when they'll start replacing people.

I know one chick who just graduated and she doesn't seem optimistic at all. She's not working at all right now, got laid off from some retail job after covid and never went back.

I imagine it will be similar to 2011 when I was looking for a job. Employers are uncertain about the future so they will be reducing risk and can demand lower wages for work as a result. They say that salaries compound over time but if you are making less in the beginning, on average it will permanently lowers a person's lifetime earnings.

I’m a 2020 grad. Graduated with a civil engineering Degree.

I had a job offer from the government in February, before the hiring freeze. Civil engineering as far as I know hasn’t been effected, yet.

Friend of mine graduated grad (business) school and is an accountant. She already had an offer from PWC for $61k as she had interned there for 2 years. However when covid hit they hit her up amd told them they were pushing back the start date from October to January 2021. However she also got contacted by Ernest Young right before covid and they offered her but then of course covid hit and they put a freeze on it. She decided she ain't feel like waiting so she started applying and she just got a job from some smaller company for $63k. PWC then hit her up with her new offer letter and not only was her start date pushed back but they decreased her salary from $61k to $57k. She took the offer with the smaller company and is waiting on her clearance to go through before she starts.

Have you spoken to her regarding OnlyFans?
