Does anybody use skype as their regular phone?

I have unlimited texting and data but I only have 100 minutes. I was thinking of going with unlimited skype for FOUR DOLLARS a month to get that trifecta but I'm wondering what's the verdict on the service...is it good? Reliable? Fill me in skype users. :lupe:
