it's 5 am and insomnia is a bytch..

i gotta wake up at 6 for work, yet i'm up now and didn't even get a full nights sleep.

i tried to sleep before 11, but i kept tossing and turning and i think it was somewhere between 12:30 - 1 that i fell asleep. i must have woke up at least 10 times between then and now i'm up fully alert and shyt.

it wasn't like this before, i used to have no trouble sleeping before. It's just this year my sleeping pattern is out of whack :damn: :mjcry:

Only when i don't have weed. I got about 4 hours asleep lastnight. Its 830am and i'm wide awake. Insomnias a c*nt. But i've gotten used to it. I just get up when i'm up and forget about sleep till i drop.

Breh I've had trouble sleeping for the last 4 years. It all started when I worked the graveyard shift. 10 pm-7 am.....did it for 2 years and my sleep schedule aint been the same since. I literally can't sleep more than 6 hours even if I go to bed at 10:00.:mjcry: Even got addicted to sleeping pills at one point. It sucks sometimes cuz you'll be dog tired but can't go to sleep. :sadcam: I make up for it sometimes on weekends. But if you're tired during the day I suggest starting to take vitamins and I drink a green smoothie daily so it balances out my energy. I feel your pain tho breh :to:

Hasn't worked..

I've tried everything minus sleeping pills. I'll be lucky if I sleep 6+ hours a night

One of the main reasons for insomnia is we don't shut our bodies down before trying to go to sleep. We always got our minds tuned into a tablet, cell phone, TV etc. You gotta stop looking at that shyt for like an hour before trying to sleep. Late night gym sessions and the subsequent shower afterwards pretty much eliminated any imsomnia problems I've had, and mine was pretty bad.

I don't know how it works but it seems to wake me up at the perfect time. Been waking up refreshed as hell lately.

stop watching tv or being around anything with arrificial light 4 hiurs before you go to bed. no tv. no laptop. no ipod. no phone.

something about the artificial light stops the production of melatonin in your brain and stops you sleeping.

best thing i ever did.
