it's 5 am and insomnia is a bytch..
i gotta wake up at 6 for work, yet i'm up now and didn't even get a full nights sleep.
i tried to sleep before 11, but i kept tossing and turning and i think it was somewhere between 12:30 - 1 that i fell asleep. i must have woke up at least 10 times between then and now i'm up fully alert and shyt.
it wasn't like this before, i used to have no trouble sleeping before. It's just this year my sleeping pattern is out of whack

I make up for it sometimes on weekends. But if you're tired during the day I suggest starting to take vitamins and I drink a green smoothie daily so it balances out my energy. I feel your pain tho breh
