
So I’ve been taking Magnesium for the past week almost an hour before going to bed and so far even though it’s helped me sleep better, I’ve been having some insane crazy dreams.
Usually I had like 1 or 2 dreams a night, but on magnesium, I’m having at least 10 different insane dreams every night. Is this common amongst those here who do take it?
