It depends on how successful Pep Hamilton offense strategy is. If Bradshaw, Ballard, Brown are successfully able to be a top 10 running game, if Hamiltons power run game is successful which will open up things for Luck(which you can say about any QB really), outside of Broncos, Pats, and Texans, I would put there chances as 4th best in the AFC.
