Does Biotin Really Work For Receding Hairlines?

Everytime I do research online people say these pills have helped them. But then other sites have said that it doesnt work.

Are people just repeating that they heard it works?

is there anybody on the coli that has personally taken the biotin pills and seen it fix their hairline?

This is a big issue affecting Black men in our communities. Lets not joke around in this thread and be mature about this issue.

Is this the type of situations we have in the control groups for people who claim to use Biotin?

they always say the hair at the back of your head is pretty much not gonna fall out the same way. that is why alot of bald guys have the horseshe look

so saying your hair is thicker and grows faster doesnt say much...has the hair at the front of your forehead gone closer to your eyebrows or no?

According to Web MD, Biotin deficiency can cause hair loss, so taking supplements obviously reduces that effect. I don't know if it will reverse regular balding.

I was using it but stopped. Ultimately stopping or reverse hair loss comes down to the big 3. (1) Propecia , (2) Rogaine, and (3) Nizoral Shampoo. The first one is more important but I just can't get over the possible sexual side effects. I'd hate to be a member of the unlucky 5%
