Hella cacs. Most black people here live in Milwaukee n Racine, but there's a good population here in Madison too. Hella Chicago transplants in Madison. But Wisconsin is ranked the worst state for Black people in the country. Milwaukee is ghetto AF, was ranked 15th most dangerous city in the country last year. This state is literally a prison state for black people
