Like every nikka in the NBA is automatically one of the best basketball players on the planet. You see nikkas like jermey lin go frm nobody to linsanity. Ben Wallace gets undrafted and traded around then becomes DPOY of the year and one of the most popular players in the league at one time(Dont argue with me, he was  )

Guys like Tmac n Kobe who went from average 7ppg to 30ppg

etc..

Isaiah Thomas is a good argument. :yeshrug:

Never everyone is the same talent wise, but with good coaching/work ethic/the right team I think any player can do it as long as they're committed. I mean guys like Butler, Green, and even a guy like Hayward just keep working to improve and eventually they get there. Some players just want it a lot more than everyone else.
