And anyone telling you otherwise is lying.
Just ask people to speak publicly...or wear a bikini...or whatever.
Eventually you'll find something that makes people uncomfortable.
I wouldn't say that insecurity keeps modesty alive. I think it might be more accurate to say that knowledge of ones self keeps modesty alive. The more you know about yourself, the more you know what you don't know. It's that awareness that keeps people grounded...knowing that there's more room to grow or improve.
Confidence doesn't necessarily fuel sluttyness. Confidence fuels the risk taking. The risk of failing. Within the context of a girl dressing provocatively...her confidence in her body allows her to show it off because she's not afraid of the rejection of it by others.
That's what I think, anyway.
