I sometimes notice homes that have been outdated for years with people still living inside of them.
Windows are dusty, roof looks super old, the bricks have some cracks in them and since there are brownstones and basements above ground in Dallas I notice some of the steps that lead to the entrance are cracked and someone can easily trip and bust their ass if they aren’t careful.
When I go to Philly I see the same thing. When I go to Miami I see the same thing and I also saw the same thing in Atlanta.
Does it make sense to own a home you can’t keep up to a point where it becomes a safety hazard for you?
Or are these people just being lazy with the repairs?
