Depends I know some cultures it's normal for men not to know how to really cook.

And women are expected to cook. I know some men in my dad generation don't really know how to cook but they can BBQ.

Me personally that view is kinda antiquated. I became vegetarian and I wouldn't want none of these broads cooking for me unless she was vegan/vegetarian herself. Even then I can make my own quinoa avocado bowl.

I have a homie who's family has restaurants and he's been working in the kitchen since he was 13, he be taking over grills and kitchen situations all the time most of the time it's out of necessity b/c mfers be bullshytin on the grill thinking they know what's what
