Does it seem as if there more cars on the road with massive body damage?

Every time I hit the street, I come across several motorists with their trunk tied down with a bunjee cord, or their rear wheel is totally exposed due to a huge dent on the side.

Are people flat out not paying for auto insurance or what?

A small factor if theyre good cars, body shops in many areas are super backed up. I was in an accident last weekend and cant get in until april 12th, and other places were later or into may. I’m pushing a rental until then since it was all the other driver’s fault.
