Does liberalism differ by race?

Do you think their is a difference between white liberalism and black liberalism?

As in comparing most minority populated black liberal cities to mostly white liberal cities?

Phoenix compared to Miami or Atlanta, one white liberal based the other higher population of black and other liberals.

Well this is referring to the past, so someone may make the argument that what I'm saying doesn't hold today. Some HBCUs were created by liberals. Because though they may have believed that Aframs deserved to have a job and an education, they did not want those Aframs in their schools or even in their places of work. I believe that even white liberals don't want to deal with actual solutions to racism and its effects and would rather (heh) whitewash it away and act as if it never happened. Whereas black liberals want everything that white liberals have but do not want to deal with the culture issues of white liberals.

liberalism is bullshyt as its currently constituted in america, it has zero to do with policy and all to do with white people getting offended over everything and mostly propping up gays and white women, they dont give a fukk about blacks or hispanics except to not openly call them nikka or spic etc they got no problem moving into hoods and displacing minorities but hey at least they dont call you a ****** on your way out right ?

the only major ideological difference i can think of is black liberalism incorporates religion more than white liberalism does. this can produce some differences in attitudes on queers (see joy reid scandal)
both black and white liberals are essentially neoliberal economically, though white liberals have some of the highest access to capital on earth (coastal cities) and blacks largely do not (the south and midwest)

keep in mind, i am only thinking of mainstream american liberalism, not hard left politics
