Does life drastically decline after both of your parents die?

Lost my mom when I was in 9th grade....my pops died in 2013 but we were never that close until I was like 21 anyways

Life sucks...I'm so dead inside...but I'm sympathetic with kids who have it hard growing up like I did...I wanna save em all....I can't explain it....

I would Say not. Both my parents died in the last 5 years.

I think about and miss them a lot, but at the same time life goes on and you can't let your self get stuck. Cause at the end of the day u still have to live your life.

I haven't been the same since my mother died. I'm not nearly as happy or optimistic as I used to be. I feel like I'm in purgatory. Life's not so bad, but it isn't so Good.



She died 10 years ago when I was 18.

Father died in 2000, mother died last year. Life isn't as fun as it use to be. I guess it's because both died at young ages that you feel not only where they robbed at missing their kids and grand kids etc grow old, you feel robbed as well.

He was 51 when he died of kidney failure, I was 13 in the 8th grade.

She was 61 when she died of cancer, I was 28.

Some people never recover. My grandma died when my mum was 18 and she still cries atleast once a month about it.

I'd say it very drastically reduces some peoples quality of life.

If my mother died I'd probably lose my fukking mind.. hell if I lost anyone close to me again I'd probably just just be numb to the world and people for the rest of my life.. the sudden/unforseen death of a loved one feels like you've been robbed, raped and violated emotionally by life, no matter how natural or certain death is supposed to be.. that shyt will never sit right with you.
