Just read that several employees at one of Amazon's HQ have tested positive for the coronovirus, but Amazon is still making employees come to work. At what point do you say, "fukk that, I'm not going in"? Why are there people who still go to work, knowing the threat posed by this virus? Is paying your bills more important than living? Does avoiding a bad credit score trump waking up tomorrow? I'm seriously puzzled by these people who complain that their employers are forcing them to come into a contaminated workplace. :gucci:

Gimme that virus I don’t fukking care. If this little ass virus is going to kill me then let’s get it over with. I refuse to live my life in fear hiding from every little thing the news tells me to be scared of.

Health has always taken a backseat to wealth.
Plenty of people go to work sick.

Sickness has levels to it, like anything else, breh. Going to work where several coworkers came down with a cold is different from going to work where some employees contracted a virus that has now killed tens of thousands of people in a matter of days. This is now a matter of life and a death, a choice between working and dying two weeks later or staying home and enduring whatever financial fallout occurs once the crisis is over. :francis:

What's the point of living if you don't have money to spend on things that you enjoy?

If you aren't making money, you might as well be dead because you can't live without it.

People are just trying to make a living
Some can't afford to miss a day of work
No vacations or sick days accrued

They have kids and families to look after
No savings or safety net to fall back on

But what we're facing is unprecedented, a once in a lifetime event, the ramifications of which too astounding to comprehend. At what point does a man look at what's occurring and think to himself that the obligation to work and collect a check is no longer applicable to life as we know it? Going in to work has literally become a decision that tempts death. :francis:

If the virus continues at the rate its going, without a vaccine developed in the near future, your money won't have any use but on the essentials. :francis:
