The whole, "I'll take the blame/I'm the guy with the ball/I'm the leader of the team" thing he does in press conferences like last night, and at times last year.
The media & fans will eat it up for a little bit b/c it makes him look like he's a young guy taking control, being a leader, etc., but it also sets unrealistic expectations and will grow thin soon enough if they hit a skid.
You don't hear the elite NFL QB's doing that, at least not too often. You don't hear Rodgers, the Mannings, Brees, etc doing it. And if they do it now, they certainly didn't do it at the start of their careers like Grifiin is
These guys know that anything can go wrong....you can do everything right and still the ball can bounce the wrong way and your team loses or has a bad season.
