This was the 3-peat for Death Row.
It was the climax of pre-Pac Death Row. Murda Was the Case was good, but didn't have that magic like Above the Rim's soundtrack.
It was incredible. So much sh*t on there it is crazy.
Just think about all of the joints on there:
SWV "Anything"
Sweet Sable "Old Time Sake"
Dogg Pound's "Dogg Pound 4 LIfe", and the introduction of Big Pimpin.
H-Town's "Part Time lover".
Pac's "Pour out a little" and "Pain"
Warren and Nate on "Regulate"
Rage's "Afro Puffs".
Jewell's 2 songs.
Definitely one of the best soundtracks.

I know there was a lot of classic shyt in the 90's, but this soundtrack was among the best releases too.

only thing that would've made this soundtrack better is if pain was on it. at least they put that on the 12" and cassette versions along with loyal to the game.
