Nope, the average person does not know how much doctors make, especially if the doctor is a specialist. We get paid like shyt during residency because of how much we work and our education level but we still make more than most Americans during residency. When I tell women my speciality most women don't even think I am a doctor...lol

In that woman's defense the way the guy answered the question is kinda clunky and made no sense. He is not a doctor, he is most likely a CRNA. He said he just graduated from medical school in anesthesia. Most doctors will just say they "just graduated from residency as an anesthesiologist" or they just graduated from medical school and they are in an "anesthesia residency program", or just say "I am an anesthesiologist". The way he phrased it sounds like he just graduated from CRNA school...which is "technically" a doctorate program but they are aren't doctors in the same way an anesthesiologist is a doctor. Either way, he is still doing really well financially.

I remember visiting my auntie at the hospital religiously to the point people thought I worked there.

Anyways, I knew who the anesthesiologist was. I had a view of the employee parking lot from her room and every morning I would see him pull up in a different super car every morning in a parking slot right next to the entrance just for him.

Anna-Sneezy-Ologists ain't no joke 'cause they tread that fine line between making sure you wake up, breathing right with your baby tucked under your titty instead of the dentist wondering who threw all this water on your face after some trainee didn't mix the doses right and you lose your star power during the 3rd quarter of the root canal.

Two chicks I long suspected to be lesbians had a 'travelling midwife' shyt going on around here during Covid and I was blessed to drive them Thelma and Louise bytches to various locations and they paid handsomely off the bank they charged.
The science of that shyt is not something that should be taken lightly, especially with surgery/birthing situations where the wrong dose can be more fatal than a doctor's potential mistake.​
