I don't know about the hood but Van Jones said on CNN blacks are divided over his current support. He said older blacks are still supporting Bill over 90% but younger blacks have read or heard about The New Jim Crow by Michelle Alexander. So the trust in Bill and Hillary is lower amongst younger blacks in this country.
