The body does what the mind tells it
Not in all cases. Cravings for example are caused by a depletion of certain vitamins and minerals. So you might actually want certain foods because you haven’t eaten the right things. Your body is dictating what you want.
Deeper, there are things like impulses and reactions that are sensory and not logical. Not every action is based in thought, though MOST are.
