IT'S TRUE! The loudest, most raucous people are usually no where to be found when it counts. All the browbeating and condemning in the world don't mean
shyt when you aren't the one out in the field. People talk of crime in their neighborhoods and whatnot, well, you get to hear about it. You might see one or two.

That shyt happens every couple of weeks of someshorty sitting in his or her house, or in the yard, or in a car, and a stray bullets from our "brothers" take them out.
The police force being militarized has been one of the worst developments ever, and add in poverty-stricken neighborhoods and the nikkas that take advantage, everybody IN those areas are damaged goods. He will be quietly pushed aside and overlooked now, we can't have people who genuinely care about others running police forces, being politicians or judges, we need bureaucrats who care more for statistics ,targets, and are obsessed by spin, political correctness and their own careers. It's good that they have fired and arrested crooked cops in his department.
There should be focus on homicide victims.
