Does this kid have a real tattoo on his arms?

If it is, whoever tatted this kid up deserves to do some time behind bars. For one, it looks like a fukking prison tattoo. I know this kid ain't with the shyts to be doing time. And in the video it says he's 17 I mean I got my first tattoo when I was 15 but this kid looks like his mother still spoon feeds him making airplane noises. Aside from that, this kid's arms long like shyt.
