Your dreams
No.

If anything really worked to grow hair faster we would all be walking around with giant fros.

Experience has shown me that hair grows at its own pace.

I have 4c hair and moisture helps you to grown hair in that it helps minimise breakage so ypu dont loose so much hair it seems like its not growing. My main source of moisture is water and an oil to lock it in.

I use coconut oil (mainly), olive oil, castor oil, boabab oil, avocado oil, sesame oil, shea butter...

I tried them all and found that coconou oil works the best for me and my daughters.

These are all plain virgin/minimal processing oils I bought in the super market.

I found all of the hair products nice and convenient but not essential to length maitenance...

I will buy conditioner and leave-in-conditioner but natural ones are better if you have the time.

MSM powder works really well for the hair. I’ve been taking it for about three months and I’ve definitely seen a difference in Mymensingh hair’s strength and I’ve had less hair fall.

Google and Canadian Pharmacy website are actually your bestest friends:

The main vitamins that influences the health of hair are; vitamin A (produces healthy sebum in the scalp), vitamin C (antioxidant), vitamin E (improves scalp circulation), Biotin (produces Keratin), Inositol (keeps hair follicles healthy), Niacin (promotes scalp circulation) and pantothenic acid, Para-Aminobenzoic Acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 that prevent graying and hair loss. Of these, vitamin E is found to have a significant influence on the health of not just hair but also skin and fingernails.
Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant that aids effective circulation in the scalp due to increased oxygen uptake in blood. It aids in supplying oxygen to the blood and thus retards cellular aging.
