I can live in all those places comfortably
Columbus is the fastest growing city in the MidWest.
I live there now and if you didn't pay close attention you might not even notice it. The metro area has like 2M people in it
They're constantly opening new apartment buildings and developments, some real estate money can be made here
Not enough jobs I guess, there are neighborhoods in Cleveland where the single-parent (really, mother) rate is 80%+ if you're bringing in above $50k a year you can slide to the Heights with ease.
Yeah.. my uncle live in Richmond heights, parents live by shaker square
My girl is from Euclid.... but yeah I agree with the jobs, but I see more sisters out there hustling working than the brothers
Bakersfield, Barstow, all of that is pretty much the definition of a hell hole. Rural, high unemployment, devastated by the Recession, if not the drought, methamphetamine and heroin, it's like the mythical "forgotten cities" of the Midwest, but in the middle of California. I've driven through as a kid, and adult, and it's a wasteland.
Nope and i live in DC
Living well in San Antonio
if you account for what I did with the bricks...yes.
also, if you count my girl's income too.
if it's just my income alone then it's tougher
I live in Cleveland
It ain't that many opportunities for real.
I need to clean up my CC debt tho. I get my annual bonus on the 5th of next month so will use that to purge most of it
I live in the suburbs of MD. On my salary I could afford to live in DC comfy, but dont see the purpose.
Not making San Fran comfy money yet. But in a year or two....YAP!
Im good to go in NYC, MIA, and LA though.
I'm living in Europe, but I'm surprised to learn that cities like Detroit, Miami, New Orleans and Atlanta don't have a 1M+ population. I'm from small ass the Netherlands with 17M+ people and our capital city Amsterdam got 860k. Next biggest one after that got 640k, 534k, 349k and 229k. If we're talking metropole region Amsterdam got 2,3M though, so maybe that's where my confusion comes from.
ATL you gon need bout 75k
