Is the Blue Flame tallied into the Atlanta income numbers? I thought Atlanta was relatively cheap.

Shout to all the IT brehs
I make 95K in yearly salary while living in NYC so I guess I'm eating pretty good .
Doing fine here in Sacramento
But, remote work while living comfortably >
Companies are going to have to start offering more remote work, which they've started now doing.
They get more productivity from their employees, while saving on costs of renting out big offices.
I'll say a business that's about to boom are those who provide offices that remote workers can go to as a service.
Nope and it's the one with the biggest discrepancy.
If you a nikka such as myself. You ain't never living comfortably in amerikkka
I make 101k as an air traffic controller
Does my income allow me to live comfortably ?
I'm from Fresno. I love it. I make over twice the amount listed. Plus my wife's income is around twice the listed number. Don't listen to these people on here who have only driven through here and know nothing about the city. Fresno has it's challenges like any other city, but I love it. We are centrally located to LA, Bay, Beaches and Mountains. LA and Bay are great, but you get burnt out on them. Especially the traffic. Rent to live in a decent neighborhood is about $1400 right now. That will get you about 1600-1800 square feet with a good size yard. I own land and house. I grew up here all my life and have done a lot of travel through work. Nothing has impressed me. We have pretty stable weather. Winters are great here. It's not LA where it's 70 all year, but winter is very tolerable. It does get hot in the summer, but it is way more bearable then the humidity you get in the south and midwest cities. It's a dry heat. Fire season does suck though and our air quality is bad as well. Be prepared for allergies.
This area is growing fast as well. A lot of bay area people are buying up property here. We are a very diverse area and as someone posted already all the white people live in Clovis, but their isn't a lot of black people here. We're about 50% Mexican. I work in an industry that gets lots of people from the Midwest and the East. A lot of them show up and are surprised by how different it is then the negative stereotypes that people portray it to be. The area used to be a conservative area but it is more liberal now. We have our rich areas, we have our poor areas and we have our middle class areas. Fresno is not a farm town. The surrounding communities probably are, but Fresno hasn't been a farm town for a long time. Their is half a million people here. We're not just some meth town tucked away in the middle of no where. We have a good thing going here and have been shaking the negative stereotypes for a long time now. You'd be pleasantly surprised if you gave it a chance.
I make 2x the median. I'm not surprised though. The righteous brothers of 6 certs 6 foreigns told me this would happen. This path leads to a life of abundance. The blessings runneth over. I'm not worthy
Used to be. Condos are going up and above I-20 every metro city is starting its own Live/Work/Play community. shyt getting expensive.
-Ponce City Market (4th Ward area)
-The Battery (Cumberland area)
-Towns at West Village (Vinings)
-Atlantic Station (Midtown)
-The Avalon (Alpharetta)
-Town Brookhaven (Brookhaven)
Now they're looking to turn College Park into "Airport City". They see the money. It's new Hollywood. More people are getting paid and/or Hollywood people (2nd Asst. Directors, Key Grips, etc) are moving into the city and want the quality of life.
Momma aint raise no fool ..
