WFH 30 minute break. Technically I’m on break all day. WFH is GOAT

1 hr lunch and as many breaks as you need as long as you get your work done.

That's pretty much how my job is. I travel to different hospitals so I really don't have a set time. I just have to get everything done. Sometimes it's a bunch of small breaks but usually I take 45 to an hour. I do about 4 hours of solid work in a 10 hr shift.

I have a career and in my company you can go past 1 hour. They just care that you don’t miss meetings and get your work done

Minimum of 30 minutes. So long as the flex is positive, deadlines are met, and meetings are attended, they don't really care.
