Does it reduce the lifespan of all the internal components if you play games on Bootcamp or use the discreet graphics for many hours at a time?

Can it damage the battery?

Or should I just trust the top notch engineering team at the GOAT corporation and keep it moving?

Probably running the cpu and gpu @ 100%. MacBooks are not designed for long gaming sessions.

Try lowering the resolution to 1080P to see if that helps with load.

It's probably the environment where you live. My MBP gets so cold I can't even touch it

my MBP has SSD hard drive and the ONLY time it gets warm is when I have a lot of excel spreadsheets open for some reason. cuz as soon as I kill excel, then the fans turn off.

but my norm is having at least 1 spreadsheet open, apple mail open, itunes open, firefox with 10 tabs open.
