I'm black, and I've noticed anytime a black person comes out and says we need to do better, they are labeled as either an Uncle Tom or a "Hater". And if a non black person does this, he is a racist. There is apart of me that gets the "nikka fukk you 
face" when i hear nonblacks trying to tell me whats right for my race, but I also feel like its true. We do need to do better. But how can we go about talking to our community without people going into immediate defense mode?
I was also wondering if other races experience this as well.
