Environment, temperament and breeds plays a big part of it too, cause what alot of people don't understand is that the dog they want to chain up or keep tied to a fence or yard could come from a generational temperament that has him frustrated constantly cause he's a work breed. Need activity. Needs purpose. That's where the owner comes in.

My Goodbois trained to maim solicitors unfortunate enough to be lulled into a sense of complacency when they reach my doorstep after walking past a cadre of seemingly docile dogs looking up at you and encouraging you to to ruin your day being extra.

You ain't never known terror until you stuck in a yard you was free to not enter after you lifted that latch up, ignored the "Beware of dog" licence plate before said gate and decided your non consensual desire was worth more than your health and safety.
