Dom shyt fire but got mad filler. Simply due to the almost flawless sequencing on MKL, I'll give this to YG.

first off YG is not a better rapper than Dom
aight now that we got that out the way i think that YG put together a way better album than Dom but I honestly find myself playing more tracks from Get Home Safely
when I play Get Home Safely I always find myself skipping a few tracks but there's really a track that fits every mood on there..if you at a function, on the way to a party or with some females and wanna get shyt started you play "Still Callin"..you driving on the freeway at 2am and just wanna reflect you play "Black Bentleys"..you on your way to work/hustle or on your way to school and you wanna put yourself in that mindstate you play "If It Don't Make Money" etc...now the reason I say that YG's album is better is because I might not play songs off the album that often but when I actually cut the album on I cant help but play the whole thing straight through...the sequencing on the album is flawless, every track transitions into the next one smoothly, every beat bangs and YG was rappin his ass off...there's are a couple of tracks that couldve been left off GHS..i feel like Dom only did GHS to prove to himself and to his fans that he could put together, not just mixtapes but an actual cohesive album....i think he proved that and will get back on his regular Dom K shyt on his next project

Both of these albums are dope to me and i bump them both all the time. I would have to go with the YG album though. Just cause of the way it was put together i can play it straight through. The West is so dope right now man it aint even funny. Nipsey, Dom, and YG are my favorite rappers at the moment. Any word on new shyt from Dom?

I like Dom but at times he can become real stagnant/montone.
He lacks energy at points where YG doesnt. YG aint that much better but still Dom hold himself back.
I will say its a damn shame he aint drop his joint during this summer. GHS is a summer album
