I can say this: I once got a haircut Uptown (Spanish Harlem area, like 212 and Broadway. Damn near the Bronx), and needless to say that was the best damn haircut I EVER got....and I think they were either PR or Dominican....

Yeah I'm sorry but Dominican barbers give fresh ass cuts more attention to detail and they automatically use the razor and the hot towel and put noxema or whatever they use on ya face so the blade glides smoothly and cuts real close.

Last few times I went to black shops in BX or BK I've need mad AF barber was lazy , cutting too damn fast or cut was kinda weak.

they also use that machine that seems to give you a massage before shaping your beard
