Because immigrants have to practice their english to be understood. Americans don't. That is why every country has their own slang. You have to be stupid not to understand that.

99% of the time, immigrants don't speak English as well as Americans do. That's not an insult at all towards immigrants. English is actually a difficult language to learn and many immigrants tend to speak using the word order and quirks of their native language.
Immigrants tend to misuse or forget to use prepositions and they often don't use the correct verb tense, just like the tweet from the Dominic00n. But we understand what they're saying.
