No, the problem that people like you have is trying to separate gender from sex. If a child identifies with the opposite sex/gender as they were born biologically then they’ve been influenced by adults with an agenda.

There’s no need to label the girl as a trans boy just because she likes blue more than pink and trucks more than dolls. If a child is suffering from depression and all that because they don’t identify with the gender/sex that they were born as then that child has mental/emotional problems that are not going to be solved by allowing them to role play as the opposite gender/sex.
