Oh make no mistake. I’ve personally seen them do or try to do some foul shyt to people just because they thought could. The Taliban is too broad of a term regarding the collective of fighting forces. It was always about the money (access to the old drug, weapons, and human trafficking markets) and tribal affiliation for them.
