My problem with people like that is that they are the types that want to have strong opinions on top of being uninformed. I don't respect but can at least accept the people who say "I don't follow politics so I can't speak on it".

The corporations have to suffer a decrease in sales to find that its too expensive to continue to use foreign slave labor than to bring the jobs back to the American people and escape the tariffs.

Even used items that are imported can incur tariff fees. This Reddit user wrote, "A couple of weeks ago, I bought a pre-owned Louis Vuitton wallet from a Japanese seller. The item shipped from Japan. I paid $80 for the wallet, plus US sales tax ($116.91 in total). I just got a notice from DHL that my tariff fees are $83.10!!!"
